• Any additional services offered through our website or approved by mutual agreement.

2. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance by us.

All orders are subject to review, verification, availability, and approval. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Where applicable, a quotation or invoice will be issued before work begins. Services will commence only after payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including names, addresses, contact details, product specifications, and any other information required to complete the requested service.

We shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional costs, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.

4. Purchasing Products on Behalf of Customers

When we purchase products on behalf of a customer:

• Purchases are made according to the specifications provided by the customer.
• Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• If a requested product becomes unavailable or its price changes before purchase, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
• The final invoice may include the product price, purchasing service fees, domestic transportation, packaging, international shipping charges, insurance (where applicable), customs-related expenses, and any other applicable fees.

5. International Shipping

Shipments are arranged through recognized postal operators and courier services.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by customs inspections, transportation delays, weather conditions, public holidays, government regulations, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We shall not be liable for delays or interruptions resulting from such events.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Items

We do not purchase, accept, package, or arrange shipment of any item that is prohibited or restricted under:

• The laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran;
• The laws of the destination country;
• International shipping regulations;
• Customs regulations;
• The policies of the selected shipping carrier.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances.
• Firearms, ammunition, knives, weapons, and military equipment.
• Explosives, fireworks, flammable materials, or hazardous goods.
• Toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or dangerous chemicals.
• Cash, foreign currency, coins, gold, silver, jewelry, gemstones, or other valuable items.
• Checks, bonds, securities, negotiable instruments, or financial documents.
• Live animals.
• Prescription medications, pharmaceuticals, supplements, or medical devices requiring authorization.
• Perishable food products.
• Counterfeit goods or products that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Antiquities, cultural heritage items, or protected historical artifacts.
• Any product whose import, export, purchase, sale, possession, or transportation is prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse, reject, cancel, or return any order containing prohibited or restricted items without assuming any liability.

7. Package Inspection

To comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements, we reserve the right to inspect packages, verify product descriptions, or request additional information before accepting or shipping any order.

Any order found to contain prohibited or undeclared items may be cancelled immediately.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.

We have no control over customs decisions and cannot guarantee successful customs clearance.

9. Custom Requests and Personalized Services

Certain services are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Before commencing such services, we may review the request, determine its feasibility, and issue a quotation.

Additional expenses incurred during the execution of the requested service will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.

10. Property-Related Services

Property-related services are performed solely based on the customer's instructions and the agreed scope of work.

We do not guarantee:

• The successful sale of a property;
• The rental of a property within any specific timeframe;
• The availability of suitable tenants;
• Any financial return or investment outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Incorrect information supplied by the customer;
• Shipping delays or service interruptions;
• Customs inspections, confiscation, seizure, or rejection of shipments;
• Government actions or regulatory changes;
• Carrier-related issues;
• Product manufacturer defects;
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, decline any request, or cancel any order if we reasonably believe that:

• The requested service violates applicable laws or regulations;
• The shipment contains prohibited or restricted items;
• The customer has provided false or misleading information;
• The requested service cannot be completed safely, legally, or reasonably.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
