1. About LQQV
LQQV is a modern lifestyle brand offering products and designs inspired by Persian art, culture, heritage, and timeless aesthetics.
Our website may also offer Custom Request services for customers looking for products, designs, or other requests that are not currently available in our collection.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However:
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
- Minor variations may occur between product images and the final product.
- Product availability may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
Some products are made to order. This means production begins after an order is placed and the product may not be held in inventory.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that the order will be accepted.
We reserve the right to review, refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or other legitimate reasons.
An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
If we need to cancel an order after payment has been received, any refund due will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency indicated at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store your complete payment card details on our systems.
5. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Many products available through LQQV are produced only after an order is placed.
Because these products are made to order:
- Production begins after the order is submitted.
- Production times may vary depending on the product.
- Orders cannot always be cancelled once production has started.
- Some products may not be eligible for return or cancellation where an applicable legal exception applies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to destinations where the relevant product and delivery service are available.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

- Customs processing

- Public holidays

LQQV may accept Custom Requests for products, designs, or other requests that are not currently available through our regular collection.
Custom Requests are reviewed individually.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil it.

- Determine whether the request is technically and commercially feasible.
- Request additional information.
- Provide a quotation where applicable.
- Confirm any relevant production, delivery, or other costs.
Work on a Custom Request will begin only after the request has been accepted and any required payment has been confirmed.
Custom or personalized products may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions. These conditions will be communicated where applicable and will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Name and contact details
- Shipping and billing information
- Product selections
- Personalization details
- Artwork, text, images, or other materials submitted for Custom Requests
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers must ensure that any content they submit does not violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
10. Customer-Provided Content
If you submit text, images, artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials to LQQV for a Custom Request or personalized product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce that material for the requested purpose.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
We reserve the right to refuse content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, infringing, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the LQQV website, brand name, logos, original designs, graphics, photographs, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to LQQV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, trademark, or intellectual property rights to the customer.

We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, government actions, changes in regulations, technical failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
