Before the modern spelling, the city's name was written طهران, and its beating heart was Lalehzar Street: cinemas and theatres lit up at night, film posters on every wall, classic cars and buses rolling past, and writers and artists gathered over coffee at the legendary Café Naderi.
This design brings that golden-era Tehran back to life in a vintage poster style, with the old Persian lettering, Café Naderi, Lalehzar's shopfronts and posters of classic Iranian films such as Qeysar and Ganj-e Qarun. A piece of nostalgia for those who remember, and for those who grew up hearing the stories.
